• Rippers Importers CC was originally established in 1999, with the purpose of importing, marketing and distributing premium international consumer brands to the retail sector in South Africa.
• Our factory was opened in 2006 after major fluctuations in our weaking currency made it very difficult to trade profitably especially when dealing with luxury imported lines.
• The factory was called Kayleys, named after the owner’s first born son.
• The brand name Waxies was added to the brand range in the past few years.
• Our factory currently manufactures a wide range of products incorporating both seasonal and year round lines.
• All our chocolates are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse ensuring freshness and maintaining qualities of stocks.
• We utilise refrigerated and airconditioned vehicles to transport our top quality products to ensure the goods are delivered to our clients in the correct required temperatures.
• Our selection of year round items, easter, valentines, x mas, mother’s day and father’s day ranges are vast, catering for both the adult and children’s market
• We currently Export certain lines to the US, as well as to the UAE
• We manufacture a large number of products under private label for certain of the larger chain groups.
• Our mission is to produce the best quality product at all times, at affordable prices to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability

We follow a strict food safety system in our factory and are currently Intertek  certified as well as kosher! We’ll soon be reclassified with a new Halal organisation too..
